The Online OHS system is hosted on a Dedicated Server managed by one of the largest hosting companies in the world.

CPU: Intel Core i5 - 4 cores

Storage: 2 x 1 TB hard drives
Bandwidth: 10 TB per month
Firewalls:
Cisco ASA 5505
Backups:
Managed Backup Storage System State taken every 24 hours and is retained for 30 days.
Redundancy:
All Services are highly redundant:

-Server Frontend Cluster
Up time:
99.9% Network Uptime
For the purposes of this section, downtime is defined as a) an unscheduled outage for a period of time where network services are unavailable due to capacity issues or hardware failure b) packet loss of over 50%.
Network
OCS runs a Cisco Core Network, which is serviced by multiple aggregated upstream internet providers (with a mesh topology of Tier 1 and 2 service providers). If a major carrier goes offline the network service will still be operational through other service providers (Service is based on BGP Routing).
Network Management - a comprehensive Network SLA 99.9%, OCS continually monitor the network status and load ensuring Quality of Service is provided.

Tier 3 Facility offering 99.999% SLA on Power, Cooling , Humidity, Fire Suppression, etc
Carrier Neutral Building; All major carriers terminate in the building
